Administrators of what is money as the world’s oldest webcam has declared that the live brook from the camera will be shut off for good on August 30, reports the SFGate. That camera, known as the “FogCam,” was originally installed on the campus of San Francisco State University, facing Holloway Avenue, in 1994. Its purpose was to allow anyone to see how the brave changed during the campus. And besides the periodic need for maintenance, the FogCam has ranged roughly uninterrupted since then.
