As regulations require electric cars to make noise, Uruguay’s Toyota division is experimenting with a sound they hope quickens embed growth, so every time you drive without gas, you’re giving the environment an extra boost. The discipline are likely to be dubious, but it know it sounds nice.
As we try to find the witnes the answer to climate change, each eco-innovation may stimulant even more questions about their overall outcomes. Could the racket from jazz turbines generate cancer?( Science says no .) Could the hubbub from an electric car stimulate plant growth, renovating the environment we’ve helped destroy? Science says . . . perhaps? Or at least, that’s the hope of Ayax Toyota.
