Apple gives developers 24 hours to remove screen recording code from their apps

Several major apps employed analytics implements to record their user’s iPhone screens without their knowledge.

Less than 48 hours after it was reported that some major iPhone apps were use analytics engineering to record a user’s iPhone screen without their acquaintance, Apple has moved to hurriedly shut the practice down. An investigation by TechCrunch was indicated that favourite apps like Abercrombie& Fitch, Hotels.com, Air Canada, Hollister, Expedia, and Singapore Airlines were working” time replaying” implements from analytics firm Glassbox to record a user’s screen while they used their app.
